Sponsored by Neighborhood Nonprofit Housing Corporation, this 22 unit, 2 bedroom complex was made possible through the utilization of funds available under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development program.

Providence Place is conveniently located near bus lines, medical facilities, restaurants, shopping and is right across the street from a new park.

Many community services are available including; case management, budget and financial planning, assistive technology, job training and social and recreational activities.

Head, spouse or co-head must be at least 18 years of age, have a documented physical disability and meet eligibility requirements based on gross income. Rent and utilities will normally not exceed 30% of adjusted gross income.
